The ticket office at Broad Green station remains temporarily closed for accessibility improvements.

Should you require assistance, please contact Northern Passenger Assist on 0800 138 556. If you need to purchase a ticket, you can do so online, via the ticket vending machine on platform 1 at the station, or via the Northern app.

The station itself is still open and train services are still running.
