Our winners last year
In 2025, Batley ARLFC Under 8s won the community competition, receiving new kits and training equipment. Huddersfield Giants star Tom Burgess ran a special training session, and prizes were presented by Kerry Peters from Northern.
Runners up included Cottingham Tigers Under 11s, Keighley Albion Under 10s, Rochdale Mayfield Under 12 Girls, Warrington Girls Under 13s, and Saddleworth Rangers Under 9s, each receiving equipment and kit.

Why we partner with Super League
We’re proud to have supported Super League for over a decade, with our partnership dating back as far as 2005. This year, we’re even more excited to extend our support to both the Women’s Super League and Wheelchair Super League for the very first time.

- Only one entry per rugby club team age group is counted for registration form completion. If there are multiple age groups for each club, one entry per age group can be entered into this prize draw.
- To enter the prize draw, individuals will need to visit https://game.northernrailway.co.uk/super-league-community-competition-2026 and complete the registration form. The registration form can be completed by providing first and last name, email address, club or group, age group, Super League team, a photo upload and accepting the Terms and Conditions.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
- The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) within 7 days of the relevant draw date of the draw. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 10 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- Runner up prizes will be exchanged to the winner within 28 days of being notified of their win and accepting the prize. The grand prize winner will be invited to an event before December 2026 to receive their prize.
- The prizes for the winner are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the Promoter at the address set out in condition 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the relevant draw date stated in the table at condition 5. If you object to any or all of your surname and winning entry being published or made available, or change your mind in respect of any consent provided on entry in relation to this, please contact the Promoter at the address set out in condition 1. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Personal data supplied during the course of this prize draw will be processed by the Promoter for the purpose of administering this prize draw. Entry into this prize draw will be deemed as your consent to this processing. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed in this way, please do not enter the prize draw.
- Personal data supplied by you during the prize draw will only be passed on to third parties (Super League) insofar as required for the fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize. If you do not wish your personal data to be processed in this way, please do not enter this prize draw
- Any other processing of personal data supplied during this prize draw will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy https://www.northernrailway.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy. Please also see also condition 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
- The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

- Northern Trains Limited reserve the right to provide alternative prizes if your allocated prize is not available due to unforeseen circumstances.
- By entering this prize draw, you agree that the club will be available for any additional needs by means of presenting the prize.

How to Enter
To enter, entrants must upload his/her image and full details at https://game.northernrailway.co.uk/super-league-community-competition-2026. The images must be all original content. The entry must fulfil all contestant requirements, as specified below, to be in the chance of winning.
Image Submission Requirements:
• Must have permission from any persons included in the video including that of a parent or guardian where necessary.
Images must NOT:
• Contain material and/or conduct which is (or promotes activities which are), in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to be illegal or involves an act of moral turpitude or is otherwise offensive or violates generally accepted standards of behaviour or otherwise leads Sponsor to believe or conclude that the public association with Entrant would tend to subject Sponsor to ridicule, contempt, embarrassment or scandal, including, without limitation, including, without limitation, material and/or conduct that is sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, self-mutilating (e.g., relating to murder, the sales of weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, natural origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (e.g. underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), threatening, profane, or harassing.

Winner Notification and Announcement: The winners will be notified via email provide on 2nd April 2026 and will be required to respond directly to the notification attempt. Failure to respond timely may result in forfeiture of the prize. The prize will be delivered to an address provided by the winner on acceptance of their prize via email.
