Northern is the largest rail company in the North of England, connecting people for work, leisure and education. We operate 468 stations and carry 1 million commuters every day.
Our network of 38 routes, spans the whole of the North, coast to coast across both sides of the Pennines, down to the Midlands and up to the borders of Scotland.
Northern services call at over 500 stations (approximately 20% of all UK railway stations), of which we manage 479.
Our existing partners
Northern have already teamed up with some great names: Rugby Super League, Sony Movies, UCI World Championships and The Great Yorkshire Show. So whether large or small the opportunities to achieve something together are endless.

We’re proud to partner with the Motor Neurone Disease (MND) Association to raise vital funds and awareness for a cause that affects thousands of people across the UK. We’ve committed to raising £70,000 by the end of 2026 - and we’re inviting our customers, colleagues and communities to help us get there.
