  • Savings are based on purchasing tickets on a daily basis. The discount for the Under 16 scheme is 50% discount off a child fare for an annual season ticket and 40% discount for term time tickets. The discount for the 16-18 scheme is 30% discount off an adult fare for an annual season ticket and 25% off for term time tickets.
  • These tickets are valid at weekends and evenings.
  • These discounted Educational Season Tickets are offered on condition that the users of the tickets agree to abide by the National Rail Conditions of Travel and the railway Byelaws. Any repeated breach of these conditions may result in withdrawal of the ticket.
  • To take up this offer, ask your school of local train ticket office for an application form (please avoid doing this at peak service).
