An introduction to hiking at East Riddlesden Hall

An easy way to get into walking more, this introduction to hiking guided walk will take you along the Leeds & Liverpool canal before heading uphill for views across Aire Valley. The walks take 2-2.5 hours and are generally well suited for beginners or those who don't walk often, with gentle inclines and slightly uneven terrain. Normally on display at Buckland Abbey in Devon, Rembrandt's self-portrait will be touring the country through 2026. The theme of the collection is "Colour" and depicts Kay-Shuttlesworth's embroidery, pattern and printing, wool work, metallic threads, and costume pieces. The Sizergh Estate was built upon a range of prehistoric burial sites along with traces of Britain's Roman past.
