Alternatively, level access from the car park into the ticket hall and onto Sheffield platform or, when the ticket hall is closed, through a 3ft wide gate to the left of the ticket hall onto the platform. For Manchester platform turn right from ticket hall entrance onto Sheffield platform and walk 33 paces to the footbridge, up 20 steps and across the footbridge (15 paces) and down 20 steps onto the platform.

Two of the cycle stands are located between the entrance on to the platform and the roadbridge over the railway track, and the other two are next to the waiting shelter.
