From Monday 21 September to Friday 2 October, Marsden will serve as a rail to replacement bus interchange. Marsden station is not a step free station. Customers who require step free access should board replacement bus services that will be operating between Huddersfield and Stalybridge to complete their journeys.
Additionally, two rail replacement bus stop locations will be in use at Marsden. Huddersfield to Stalybridge and Marsden to Brighouse replacement buses will serve the A62 Manchester Road, Peel Street bus stops. Huddersfield to Marsden railway station replacement buses will serve the replacement bus stop on Station Road, opposite platform 3, at Marsden station.
