Access to the station and from one platform to the other is via road, Platform 1 is only accessible via short ramps - via the Booking Hall at a gradient of approx. 1:11 or via the side entrance at a gradient of approx. 1:12 there is a level crossing that could be used for platform to platform access, however it involves a lengthy walk.

It is currently not possible to provide ramp assisted boarding from Platform 2 (towards Leamington Spa / London Marylebone), due to the gap between the train and the platform.
Where possible, we recommend that customers who require ramp assisted boarding travel via Leamington Spa.
If required, a taxi will be provided to help you continue your journey. To arrange this, please speak to station staff (when the ticket office is open), use the Passenger Assist App, or call our Assisted Travel Team on 03456 005 165 (option 3 then option 3 again). We recommend that where possible you make arrangements two hours before travel to avoid any potential waiting time.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause. A specially designed ramp is being manufactured, which should be installed in early July 2026.
