If something about one of our trains or stations doesn't meet your expectations, we want to know.

You can submit a Train or Station Fault report form detailing what - and where - our facilities haven't met your expectations. If you have taken a photo of the fault you can also include this so we can be sure to get our facilities team to deal with it as soon as possible.

If you are reporting a fault on a train, please include the carriage number (at the end of the carriage or on the door) and a brief description of the location of the fault.
