No, there is no plan for 100% DOO. RMT’s dispute is called “Role of the Guard & extension of Driver Only Operation (DOO).” But the Northern franchise plan is to introduce Driver Controlled Operation (DCO), which actually means the driver has full operational control of the train. In other words, DCO only refers to control of the train – not to the number of our people on it.
