How to access Manchester Oxford Road cycle hub

In order to become a member of this cycle parking hub we need to sign you up. Please be aware that access is not instant and may take up to 24 hours to get you set up so please bear with us.

Once we have registered you and you receive your confirmation email you will need to go through the following process to access the facility:

• Download the Okey App from the Appstore or Play Store.

It should look like this:

• Log in with your username and password that you received on your confirmation email.
• As you walk towards the unit that you are registered to, the lock ID will appear on the screen with the tab to push to open the maglock. (The process of verification can take around 10 seconds as the App goes through the encrypted security checks).
• Once complete the door magnet will release and allow you to open the door.
• Repeat the process to exit by using the App only.  Please do not use the emergency access button to exit the Hub, this will cut the power to the locking system.
