IT Issues affecting information - Friday 19 July 2024

We are currently experiencing widespread IT issues across our entire network, which is linked with the issues affecting many industries and businesses this morning. 

Trains are still running however information systems may not be showing and we’re unable to provide disruption info in the same ways as usual.

Some of our other digital services may be affected. We're working now with our provider to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Updates

• Cash at machines - Some of our ticket vending machines are unable to take cash payments at the moment. If you need to pay in cash please visit a booking office or pay the conductor on board the train. Alternatively, digital tickets are still working as well as card payments 
• Gatelines - A handful of our gatelines are not scanning tickets. These will be opened with a team member on the gates checking tickets and taking payments.
