Northern introduced a special scheme for season ticket holders to provide additional compensation, over and above Delay Repay which launched on 12 July 2018.
This scheme has now been extended to include non season ticket holders who have travelled three days per week or more. The scheme will open on 9 October and the deadline for all claims to be made will be 4 December 2018.
