Rail operator invites customers to explore 'Working With' Northern

Northern is giving its customers a behind-the-scenes look at the workings of one of the country’s biggest train operators.

‘Working With’ will give a day-in-the-life insight into the jobs of people who spends their time helping people across the north of England get where they need to be.

The social media-led initiative kicks off this week with a socially distanced video from Jayne Breen, Northern’s Train Presentation Manager, and focuses on the work that goes into keeping Northern’s trains clean.

A spokesperson for Northern said: “Northern is full of amazing people doing their best each and every day to keep customers on the move across the north.

“Working With is a chance for our people to explain what they do, develop understanding of the workings of the railway and, ultimately, show how each and every one really cares about providing the best possible service for customers.”
