The station is accessed from the main road ( A6,THE CRESCENT) and the corner of University Road. There is a lift available at the end of the overbridge (facing the steps of which there is 36 down onto the platform). The lift is available from first to last train.
During late 25/early 26, a third platform will be built at the station, at this time additional lifts will be installed to ensure the station remains step free.

Wrexham General Car Park Closure: 26 July - 10 AugustDue to the Eisteddfod taking place in Wrexham and bus shuttles running from the station car park to the Maes there will be a temporary closure of the car park. It will close from 26 July and reopen on 10 August. Accessible spaces will remain however availability is limited. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
