Information for Smartcard users 

Due to essential maintenance to the National Smartcard system, you will be unable to purchase Season tickets with fulfillment onto Smartcard on our app or website on Thursday 29th February 2024 between 0800 - 1600.

There may also be a delay in collecting your Smartcard product and the ability to view previous journeys during this time.

Seasons on barcode can still continue to be purchased in the normal way and Smartcard seasons will continue to be available from our ticket vending machines (TVMs) and ticket offices.
