Ticket office
If you need to purchase a ticket, you can do so online, via the ticket vending machine on platform 1 at the station, or via the Northern app. Customers should note there is currently no ticket vending machine available on platform 2. Alternatively, the nearest stations with ticket offices are Roby or Wavertree Technology Park. For assistance, please visit the designated temporary customer information point located in the car park during staffed hours (0600 - 1800). CCTV is in operation throughout the station.
