Newcastle to Carlisle - The Tyne Valley Line

The journey from Newcastle to Carlisle by train is a scenic route that takes you through the rugged hills of Northumberland and the Lake District. The train departs from Newcastle Central Station, a grand, Victorian-era building that has been beautifully restored to its former glory.
