This station has step free access to both platforms HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE. the Lowestoft bound platform is accessed via the carpark but the Norwich bound side is via a barrow crossing at the platform end. The platform end slope is steep and may present some difficulties for a wheelchair user or for anyone with a mobility aid.
