- Stop and wait for the barriers to open
- Obey all safety signals
- Look both ways and listen - trains can approach in both directions, at the same time
- Wait until all trains have left the station before crossing
- Do not stop on the crossing.

Step-free access is available to both London Overground platforms via lifts from the footbridge. There is no step-free access to/from the London Underground Victoria line platforms.
