Our new ‘One Click’ delay repay scheme has been created to make the claim process easier for our Season Ticket Holders. You can now use your online delay repay account to claim on your favourite journeys with your saved season ticket, making a claim as simple as one click. Simply log into your Delay Repay account, scroll down to the ‘season ticket’ section and get started.

How to save a season ticket

To save a season ticket, firstly you must log in to your delay repay online account. Once you have successfully logged on, scroll down to the ‘season tickets’ section and click the ‘add’ button on the right hand side of the screen. When adding the ticket you will be asked to enter your boarding and destination station, as well as your season ticket information.

Making a claim

Once you have set up your favourite journeys with your saved season tickets all you need to do is select a service you wish to claim back on and your claim will be submitted. If you wish to claim on an alternative service select ‘Other date or time’.

One Click will only show claims for the last 7 days. If you decide to make your claim after this 7 day period you will have to select ‘Make a Claim’. We normally process one click claims within 3 working days of your delay. We will send you an email if you’re eligible and your money should be back with you within 10 working days of the claim been accepted.
