Nottingham train stations
The southernmost city that Northern services, Nottingham is a city of art and literature having been named a UNESCO City of Literature in 2015. There are three stations within the city limits that Northern service, with Nottingham acting as the terminus.
Nottingham
Built in 1848 in a central location, the station is only a short trip from many top attractions like the Nottingham Castle Grounds and Ye Olde Trip Jerusalem. The station is the terminus for the Leeds-Nottingham Line.
Ilkeston
The penultimate station for the Leeds-Nottingham Line, Ilkeston used to be the largest town in England with trains passing through but no active station. Since 2017, the unstaffed station has operated from two platforms and is wheelchair accessible.
Langley Mill
The station sees the hourly Leeds-Nottingham Line on its two platforms, it is unstaffed and only has step-free access to platform 1. There are also no ticket machines available, so we advise buying your ticket in advance.
