- Access onto both platforms is possible via level crossing. However, level access transfer between each platform is approximately 1/2 mile and can take 30 minutes as the only other way between both platforms is via steps and a bridge. The car park is adjacent to platform 1.

The existing car park at Lea Green station is closed to accommodate the construction of a new car park, with increased capacity.
Rail customers who normally park at Lea Green station are being advised to use nearby St Helens Junction station - on the same line - where possible, until the new car park opens in Spring 2024.
Limited accessible parking will continue to be available for station users displaying a blue badge in their vehicle.
Please do not park on residential streets around the station as these will be monitored and any vehicles doing so will be reported.
