Station Message
Due to a power supply issue, Platforms 20-24 currently have limited customer information screens. The lifts between Platforms 20-24 and the London Underground are also reduced.
There are no toilets currently available inside London Waterloo station, the toilets outside the station (near Platform 3) can be used. London Waterloo station is not open 24 hours, the station is closed overnight with no waiting facilities available.
From late February 2023 for approximately 6 months the toilets at London Waterloo are being fully refurbished. As a result, some bicycle storage has been moved onto platform 11 and 12, towards the far end of the platform. Alternative toilets can be found in The Sidings shopping area and on Cab Road.
