Step Free Access
Step free access between platforms is available via the level crossing, although some wheelchair users or customers with restricted mobility may find this route difficult as there is a distance of approximately 600 metres between the two platforms. Wheelchair users or customers with restricted mobility are therefore advised to access the station via Creeting Road West for journeys towards Ipswich and London, or via Prentice Road when heading towards Cambridge, and Norwich. Changing between platforms may take longer than expected due to the level crossing having barriers down, so please allow sufficient time if you are changing trains here.
