Customers with tickets who decide not to travel on a strike day are entitled to a full refund if their origin station or destination station is on the Northern network, with no admin fee charged. Refunds should be applied for from the original point of sale. Season Ticket holders should apply for compensation for the proportional daily cost of the Season Ticket via our Delay Repay policy.
