Yes, the wearable is yours to use as you wish. There are lots of fitness applications that you can download to use to monitor and improve your overall health and wellbeing. It is not the purpose of our research to monitor the use of other applications you download and there are no expectations from the research team that you must be engaging in physical activity or improving your fitness during the trial. However, you may receive general tips on how to improve your wellbeing as we believe strongly in giving our passengers the tools and knowledge to improve their wellbeing.
