Northern has announced details of service alterations for Friday 26 May. A number of Northern services will be impacted due to the ongoing closure of Manchester Victoria station following Monday evening’s terrorist incident at Manchester Arena.

Following the tragic event at Manchester Arena earlier this week, and the subsequent closure of Manchester Victoria station, there has been a significant impact on Northern’s services in the Greater Manchester region.

Northern has announced details of service alterations for Thursday 25 May. A number of Northern services will be impacted due to the ongoing closure of Manchester Victoria station following Monday evening’s terrorist incident at Manchester Arena.

As a result of Monday evening’s terrorist incident at Manchester Arena, Manchester Victoria station is likely to remain closed for the next few days while investigations continue.

Northern has announced details of the services which will run to and from Manchester on Tuesday 23 May. The revised timetable has been produced following last night’s incident at Manchester Arena; Manchester Victoria remains closed to the public and is unlikely to re-open until Wednesday morning at the earliest.
