Alternative parking is available at Keighley station and Crossflatts station, including some accessible parking spaces.

Platform 1 (for trains arriving from Clacton-on-Sea or Walton-on-the-Naze, or towards Colchester) can only be accessed via a stepped footbridge which leads to and from Platform 2 and the entrance to the station.
