Alternative parking is available at Keighley station and Crossflatts station, including some accessible parking spaces.

Customers are advised to use Bishops Stortford Station (15 miles south) for trains to London. An appropriate accessible taxi will be supplied for journeys to intermediate unstaffed stations.
