However no access problems for disabled or wheelchair users as the access to the platforms is ramped via road over level crossing. Step free access from car park to station entrance
However, wheelchair users travelling alone may have difficulties exiting the car park as it has an uneven surface and if the gates to the platforms are closed the latch on the inside cannot be reached - in such circumstances passengers should call Customer Relations Tel: 0800 138 5560.
