We’re trialling QR code technology on our trains and at our stations to enhance your experience.
We have a couple of trials running to improve your journey. For now, these are limited to certain stations and trains.
Trial 1 will take place at Prudhoe and Morpeth stations, and on two selected trains in the region. If you see these images in the station or on the train and scan the QR code, you’ll be taken to a webpage where you can give feedback on your journey. We’ll use this feedback to make improvements for you.
Trial 2 will take place at Bradford Forster Square, Steeton and Silsden, and on two selected trains in the region. We know getting up to date information is important to you, so if you see the below images and scan the QR code, you’ll be taken to a webpage where you can give your feedback, but also access real-time service updates, information about the station you’re heading to, and onward travel information.
We’re trialling both approaches to see which one works best for you as customers, and which one provides us with the best information to enable us to make improvements.
After the trial we’ll share an update to let you know how it went and our plans for rolling either approach out more widely across the network.
