We aim to keep our trains at a comfortable temperature and provide heaters and air-conditioning, or ventilation, in all carriages.
Our train's heating systems are controlled automatically through an internal device, which is set to keep the temperature between 19-21 degrees Celsius. If this system fails and temperatures increase, we ask our conductors to help regulate the temperature by opening windows, or by switching off the heating system.
We understand the importance of maintaining an appropriate temperature on our trains. All heating faults are addressed by our maintenance team at the first available opportunity.
