York’s Chocolate Story, King’s Square, York, YO1 7LD
York’s Chocolate Story is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from York Railway Station, follow signs for the Minster then head down Petergate and Low Petergate towards the Shambles. We are located in King’s Square.
Open daily from 10am (the last tour is at 5pm).
Tours take place regularly throughout the day. Please allow 90 minutes for your visit.
Guests in wheelchairs are able to access all areas of York’s Chocolate Story. A lift is used to access all floors and there is an accessible toilet available. Guests should be aware that there are a number of steps within the experience, these are used for descending only but should you or your party not be able to manage stairs please alert your guide and you may use the lift.
