Following last year’s hugely successful York Beer & Cider Festival, York Camra will once again be hosting the North’s largest outdoor festival. Located opposite York Racecourse Grandstand, a brisk walk or shuttle bus from York station, the festival will see around 500 different beers on tap.

Featuring the best real ales Yorkshire and the rest of the UK has to offer, including UK craft and foreign beers; 100 plus ciders; bottled beers, world wines, UK meads and prosecco. To help soak up some of the booze, hot and cold food stalls will be serving treats from around the world, including high-quality vegetarian options.

Local artists across a wide genre of music will also be performing to keep the weekend swaying. The boom in Britain’s beer and cider scene means York Beer and Cider Festival is a must for locals and for burgeoning beer enthusiasts from around the region.
