After You Apply

Many of our roles do attract a lot of interest, so sometimes it does take longer than we would hope to review all of our applications. Please bear with us while we review all applications - we promise we’ll get back to you ASAP to let you know whether or not you have made it to the next stage.  

We usually send updates by email, so please check your email inbox regularly (and your junk folders just in case!). You can also log into our careers portal to check whether we’ve been in touch with you. We may also contact you by phone if there’s anything urgent or important that we need to tell you.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer feedback on applications at this stage due to the high volumes that we receive.

You’re more than welcome to apply again if you’re not successful, but we recommend that you wait at least 6 months before submitting another application.

No – we expect you to make your own way to the interview venue. The majority of the time interviews are held at the location where jobs are based. If it can’t be held at the exact location it will be at a venue within a reasonable travelling distance.

We recommend that you dress smartly, and we ask that you don’t wear jeans, sportswear or trainers. It’s important that you feel comfortable and confident in what you’re wearing – and don’t be afraid to show some of your personality in your outfit choice!

We’ll keep you updated throughout the application process, and we’ll tell you as soon as we decide whether you have reached the next stage or not. If you apply for a role that has a large number of applicants, it might us take a little longer to get back to you so please bear with us.
